With the city slowly opening back up, I'm both anxious about safety and looking forward to seeing what our new normal will look like. I'm imagining a normal where we take all of the blessings and teachable moments that this season has given us and we hold onto them, grow into them, and apply them to our new normal.
I've been staying up-to-date with the COVID-19 updates and recommendations from the CDC. At the start, I'd reached out to all of my clients to reschedule their portrait sessions. I've also been working on ways to transition my business so that it's even safer for you to enjoy your entire experience.
For the remainder of 2020, the new safety guidelines for Crystal-Lynn Ke Photography include:
Video conference pre-consultations
Practicing social distancing
Sanitizing equipment regularly
The Photographer and Hair/Makeup Artist will wear a mask to all sessions (if applicable)
Electronic payments available if clients prefer contactless checkout
Additional time between client sessions
All fabrics used will be washed immediately after each session
Any props used will be sanitized immediately after each session
Guests accompanying clients to be photographed will be limited to one additional guest
Your hair and makeup artist will thoroughly clean their hands before the service is provided
When possible, soap and papertowels will be provided so clients can wash their hands at anytime during the session. If water isn't available, hand sanitizer will be provided.
I'm still booking sessions and I'm looking forward to all of the creative ideas and seeing all of your lovely faces! As circumstances evolve, I’m here if you have any questions at all.
